taylor in north beach

today, a friend from swim, taylor, and i met up this afternoon to go over to laguna and take some pictures. it was a pretty cloudy day, and we were headed for the beach, and knew that this would either be a perfect, grey day, or rain, which would be an inconvenience.
we first drove down to what turned out to be the wrong crystal cove, which i'm not quite sure how that happened. we walked down the trail to the beach, but were in the completely wrong location! as lovely as it was, we were on a bit of a schedule, and needed to turn back around.
we finally got to the correct crystal cove, but once we arrived, it started to rain! it began with just a sprinkle, but did heavier rains come. yet that didn't stop us (s/o to taylor for literally running around posing in the rain!) and we ended up getting some super nice shots!
this was definitely one of my more adventurous shoots, and i had a lot of fun. one of the joys of shooting for me is when stuff like this happens, and it turns into an adventure.
